The Mad Roo
It’s argued that eating Roo meat is either sacrilegious or the moist sustainable in our arid country. Either way, its a tasty and gamey meat in plentiful supply. We are pairing our roo burger with the other quintessential Australian burger ingredient, the beetroot. House made roo patty, beetroot relish, and a celeriac slaw, all on a Bakeologist Milk Bun. Why is this burger “mad” you may ask? Well celeriac seems a pretty weird foil to the roo and beetroot, but trust us it works!
